We have an IT emergency, can you help?
Of course! We understand that IT emergencies can happen at any time, and we certainly wouldn't keep you waiting at such a crucial time.

Are there any additional costs?
The Level Ten Membership is designed to be a hassle-free, all-in-one IT solution, covering everything from comprehensive support and productivity tools to device management and robust cybersecurity.

In some cases, you may have more Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licenses than actual team members (such as service accounts). When this happens, we’ll ensure your licenses align with your needs and any extra licenses will be billed at the standard license rate, not the full “per user” rate.

Additionally, you might choose to explore services like Cyber Essentials Certifications, data migrations, or other large projects. During our initial consultation, we’ll outline these options and explain any potential impacts on your pricing.Transparency is one of our core values, so you can trust that we’ll always be upfront about costs before you join us.
Will you lock us into a long term contract?
No, and that’s because we’re confident you’ll love working with us! Our goal is to become a trusted part of your business, ensuring your IT strategy aligns with your goals for the long term.

Whilst we don’t require a long-term commitment, we can offer a discount if you choose to sign up for 12 months. We believe in flexibility and earning your trust every step of the way.
What if we already have an internal IT department?
Great! We're more than happy to work with existing internal teams to help bring your IT to the next level. In some cases, this partnership may even be essential.

We can provide an extra layer of support as needed, offer guidance where necessary, and cover for your team members while they are on their well-deserved holidays!
We use Microsoft Office 365, can you help us?
Absolutely! We support many clients who rely on Microsoft 365, and our team has extensive experience with Microsoft products, services, and devices. We're well-equipped to provide the assistance you need.
Are there any minimum spend requirements?
In short, no! We believe that support and security should always be accessible. Our Level Ten Membership is available for any team size, though we find it provides the best value for teams with at least five users.
Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace?
Absolutely! The process doesn't have to be painful. Our team has extensive experience migrating clients from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. We’ll manage the entire process for you, ensuring a smooth, secure transition with minimal disruption to your daily operations. We can even provide training sessions for your team, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from your new investment.

Can you help move us from our existing IT partner?
Of course. Nobody likes goodbyes, but when they do happen, they need to be as frictionless as possible.

When you join Level Ten, we'll handle the whole move process, ensuring everything is captured and taken care of.
